Was staying at a hotel and around 2.30 - 3am I hear something I sit up naked to see what it was and a guy was coming threw the window. I did not scream or anything I calmly say hey hold up man you can’t come in. As he was climbing back out the window my man woke up. I tell him a guy was climbing threw the window so he gets up goes to the door and asked the guy what’s up.. the guy said I was in this room earlier and I left my weed. So he is going threw stuff looking for the guys weed. We never did find it. My man was pissed I did not scream and how calm I was.
Those back pack are horrible for pets. There is not enough ventilation in there for animals and it get Hot in there.

When SSI gets an increase it usually goes towards their Medicare so they may get a few dollars on their check but it is not enough to cover a 300$ rent increase.
Rent control never works out well for the renters in the long run. Simple economics folks. Yeah, it sucks that it is happening, but the land is way to valuable for investors to not want it.
This is not rent control this just says they are only allowed to up it a certain % Mobile homes are not regulated like apartments. We don’t mind rent increases but 300$ a month increase is crazy and every year they can up it to what they want. That’s why rent stabilization is what is being asked for
