I found this a long time ago. I thought it was cool, it can be fun to mess with your friends when they kill you.
I also for got to add, when you jump and respawn you have to stop driving the prop. But that should be assumed.

Hello! I like to make videos of me playing games or clips of me playing them. Lately I have been focusing on a minecraft series but I want to branch out and play other games on there as well!

I have a ryzen 5 and a 1060 3gb and I've played through this game 3 times now. There are a couple of places in chapter 3 and chapter 5 walking through a hallway or two where I definitely got some pretty bad stutters that almost made me sick, but I just pushed through for like 30 seconds and they went away. Honestly from what I've seen the difference between low settings and ultra is not that noticeable, especially on something like a Rift S, as opposed to say an Index.
What fps were you averaging accept for the parts you mentioned at 30 fps? Did the 30fps last a long time, and was it often? Did it stutter at all besides those moments?
I mean I wasn't using any sort of measuring tool or looking at fps counters, but it felt smooth. Although I was playing it on a quest and I forgot that the rift S has a higher refresh rate then the quest, so I don't know if you would max out the fps of the Rift S. The low fps spots don't last long at all, maybe a minute or so, depending on how fast I move through the area. There are a few other areas where you might get a half a second stutter 3-5 times, mostly in chapter 5, but none of them happen in combat sections. Honestly if you want to play the game, I would just get it and start trying it on the first level. If it feels pretty smooth on low settings just keep playing, and if at some point it gets unplayable, then just stop and wait until you upgrade your graphics card.
