Making a fish stew in a plastic bag over a fire. The plastic bag doesn't melt when it has water inside because the applied heat is transferred to the water instead of being absorbed by the plastic.

An amazing showing.

Boldly go where we haven't been in a long, long time.

Prayers up for the blessed.

I'm genuinely flabbergasted.

That looks so good

  1. Passing control and power mostly comes from the arms/shoulders.

  2. I mean using your legs is, quite frankly, a novice trait.

  3. It very much it! Home skillet said they didn’t make the team and the only thing they have been practicing is setting. The title is literally, “How should I get into volleyball!? If you already know the basics, “why are you trying to get into volleyball!?”

  4. One minute in and you should probably learn to say the series name if you're talking about it. The -kyuu part is like saying "cute" without the "te". High + cu(te). Cute is a better example than pronouncing the letter q because it actually gives you the proper length of the syllable as well.

  5. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!! Everything you took the time to type out, I’m going to take to heart. I also agree with you 100% of the topics you pointed out that need some work.

  6. The best part of the entire post was, "I am a leader in practices, giving advice, making decisions, running drills, and sometimes even lead entire parts of practices. (Our coach still does a lot). This means I have an effect and what we do and what we learn."

  7. Anytime!! I try to be as thorough as possible. Doesn’t do you much good if I half 🍑 my response lol I like how you’re breaking down serve receive into two parts. Don’t be afraid to toss balls straight and have them literally run underneath them and pass them to target. Much easier to see what needs fixing when the speed is brought waaayyy doowwnnn! Also, players want to know they’re making progress too. We all wanna know we’re doing something right in this world and they’re no different. You sound like a great teammate. There’s some grow men I play with that can use several lessons from you my friend lol 😅

  8. Unfortunately my school has very strict rules about sports teams and only some of them are because of COVID so practicing with the school team is out of the question. I’ll definitely look at some drills and practices to do at home, thank you so much for the advice and kind words!

  9. Oh yeah, COVID is STILLLLLL a thing. 😩 Safety first! Good luck on your volleyball journey!

  10. That doesn’t really answer the question. All defensive schemes need your blockers and defenders to stay disciplined. All of what you said is great info but it applies to back row and blockers regardless of which defensive formation you’re using.

  11. I gave her the advice based off of what information she gave me. I can’t give her specific advice if there aren’t specific details in the question. If she’s wanting to make a defense based off of strengths and weakness…

  12. You are late... so your knees don't bend, and your back is vertical the entire time. You can jump exponentially higher.

  13. I was starting typing and then I looked through the comments. Glad I did bc you said everything I was going to. lol

  14. I seem to always end up spiking with my wrist, this leads me to believe I am late to the ball. Yet I feel like I'm always starting my approach too early to change my course based on the set. Any ideas?

  15. I wish KFC would put the same attention to detail in their American KFC. 👀 Chicken be hot and the skin be soggy…🤢🤮

  16. Damn this is fucked up. Also, I watch weeeelllllll into the video…sooooooo 🤷🏾‍♂️

  17. Absolutely not! That mf look like a lost Zoid from the original power rangers. 🥷🦖

  18. Ya pushups are important but they hurt... a lot. I would know i finished my planned workout schedule like 2 hours ago. Im not sure if it was a good one but i guess ill find out.

  19. Again, strength training is always a good thing. A well rounded athlete is the best kind of athlete!

  20. K, thanks for the advice. There are some things i cant record though, like the 1 mile jog i did. I was planning to just say something like "100 squats, 100 jumping jacks, 100 pepper jumps, 100 high knees, 100 sit ups, 100 practice serves, 100 practice spikes, and 100 practice sets". Ill likely have a video for the spikes, serves, and sets because those not only require practice but also good form. I dont really think Im going to post videos of the simple stuff like the pepper jumps, high knees, squats, sit ups, etc. because those dont need explanation

  21. Yeah don’t worry about the warmups. Push ups simply hurt my soul to watch. (Although, strength training is important in developing lol) don’t stress about it either. We’re only here to help. Well, I can only speak for myself but I’m sure these wonderful people are only here to help…🙂

  22. I got the first comment and yall already cutting up! lmao I like it here...

  23. I too am a fan of the efficient things in life :)

  24. Omg! Could imagine going over your friends house for a lil din din and you walk in the kitchen. Only to discover a plastic bag full of fish, veggies and GRAPES over a gas stove turned up to 9 1/2!? 👀 👀
