It has unfortunately become one if my main ways for keeping up with friends that I moved away from. We aren't the kind of people to just call or have a text convo to catch up, but it is very easy to just send snaps of like "hey here's what I'm up to" to each other from time to time though, and that way we can still keep up. Don't get me wrong, I hate snapchat so much for a lot of reasons, but there is a reason it's so popular and I hate that the positive aspects of the functionality have to come with so much negative because everything needs to make as much money as possible. Like, I don't think social media is bad, I think capitalism is what makes it bad. Profit motive is what drives the unrealistic beauty and lifestyle standards, it is what drives news sites and commentators to push out clickbait and fear mongering and conspiracy theories, it is why privacy is so nonexistent and all your data is sold. Idk where this rant went to be honest, because at the end of the day snapchat mostly sucks, but it's nice to get random pictures of what my friends are up, or to send something to them and get a nice reply, and I just wish that didn't have to be ruined by all the toxic sponsored content.

I used to home based at BFI, now at BLI. If you can, situate yourself over shoreline or just west of lake Union and ask for the straight in if they are landing 14R/L at BFI. San Juan’s are fun but if it’s a windy day, make sure you’re comfortable with being bounced around. If you are IR, I do enjoy the RNAV into JeffCo and the ILS 17 into TIW is fun. Harvey Field is a fun little runway too.
