Deleting Facebook a couple years ago was great for my mental well-being. In terms of FOMO, take a look at those apps and really think about what you’d be missing out on. You’ll find it’s not much. I’m much happier without a steady social media diet. I stay connected to the people that I’m genuinely interested in via email, texting or phone calls, without the insidious stream of nonsense
