1. I figured out his full name and there is no evidence that he passed as some are speculating. If I have to guess, he might have gone through a divorce. I hope someone else can get more updates on his situation. he is a big inspiration.

  9. 170 pounds in 1 year is great but, I don't know if that's a healthy thing as it seems a bit drastic to be able to lose that much weight that quickly. You'd have to be 1500 calories under maintenance which IMO is extreme and dangerous to be doing for a long period of time.

  10. You know, I've been monitored by my doctors throughout this whole process. My blood work, vitals and overall health have improved significantly since starting this journey.
