  17. I'm starting to believe that retail "owns nothing." Increase in DRS has meant dip after dip...reaching new 2 year lows. Just doesn't mathematically make sense. I want to be optimistic and have held strong/DRS'd but until stocks are legitimately on the Blockchain can't say that I trust anything in the current system.
