  1. Yo, you still play and figured it out yet? I still cant find a way to make it work.

  2. Yeah I never figured it out. I either hold to ads which also zooms in or I get rid of the zoom and same thing

  3. The pay range should be posted on the job posting, and at this point there should be legislation that requires that; full stop.

  4. I've heard so many things about how the U.S. is going to have a "population crisis" because nobody wants to have kids.

  5. Funny thing about that, and I don't know if this is for everyone

  6. You’re a good person who wants to help. That’s an admirable trait. I’m not going to lambast you for that in and of itself.

  7. I really appreciate the advice, one of my other friends who has been in the workforce more than I have told me "do the absolute bare minimum, and stress yourself as little as possible, you're there to collect a paycheck and nothing else." I'll keep it in mind and just help the others less than, goodness knows I don't ever get any help with what I need to do

  8. It's not even your responsibility to find someone to fill in the position, it's the manager's.

  9. Gentle reminder that everything these people are afraid of with socialism has already come true under capitalism

  10. Sadly, due to how expensive they have gotten, I no longer wish to work jobs that are too expensive to work.

  11. I'm a native here, I've lived in Ventura all my life

  12. I like this take. As someone who grew up in the city but can barely afford rent let alone to own a house Im in favor of more development that is of course sensible.

  13. Everything is barely affordable for the vast majority of people I know here and most people are living paycheck to paycheck and constantly struggling financially

  14. You don't want to pay for teachers to have proper teaching/school supplies. And now you want to arm the entire math department with glocks?

  15. The inevitable end for this kind of attitude is these jobs become too expensive to continue working because people can't afford to work them.

  16. Blames everyone except for the corporate record profits

  17. Pyramid head, he's immortal and no one else would likely touch me

  18. I could work full time and still not make $2000 a month

  19. I think it's a major cause of my mental health issues, knowing that no matter what I do, I'm never going to make enough to live comfortably and unless something changes fundamentally it's only going to get worse.

  20. A two weeks notice isn't required, it's a courtesy.

  21. This reeks of the "Well at least you're not a starving person in Africa" kind of argument which fails every single time it gets brought up.

  22. I only ever use the Czech headgehogs on areas where I know tanks need to cross, as that's what they were originally used for irl and they aren't super great at stopping infantry

  23. My boss and manager stand around all day talking about how another department manager stands around all day talking

  24. I was in there today, 4 different managers at the store sitting around in the office space, chit-chatting

  25. Yeah good luck with that. If you're not paying above minimum wage for my time, you're not getting my time.

  26. How about canned tuna? That's usually packed with protein and I can't imagine it'll cost that much

  27. My ideal living situation is where I work from home, live with someone (either friend[s] or a partner) and don't own a car
