Hello from the magic tavern.
It is an easy question to answer. Do you like your job? Do you like the position you working in? Do you like the money you get? Do you like your work atmosphere? Do you like the people you’re working with? Ask yourself these questions and when you answered them, you’ll know if you should or not.
I would have to answer yes to all of those questions. My dilemma is that right now I get to be a big fish in a small pond. And it kinda the career path I’ve always wanted.
Well it sounds like you’d be challenged at the new place, but it is definitely a place where you could learn many new things. However, if you like where you are at this point of life and you’re going on the career path you wanted then just stay. It is more comfortable to be the big fish in a small pond and don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing bad about it.
