  1. And despite the doubts of many sports analysts, including some in this sub, hockey is in fact a major sport.

  2. The Big 5 European leagues and the 4 major North American leagues consist of 9/10 spots on the list.

  3. He’s right. Keep up the hard work. You are paying for your past mistakes, and that’s life, but you are willing to get your life back on track, and I admire you for that.

  4. The Big 5 European leagues and the 4 major North American leagues consist of 9/10 spots on the list.

  5. LaMarcus Aldridge: ”I don’t think I can go through the daily grind of another season. This is it for me..”

  6. Giannis Antetokounmpo: ”I’m content here in Milwaukee, I don’t see any reason as of now why I wouldn’t re-sign when my contract is up.”

  8. Where in Toronto are you? You live far from it?

  9. Kyrie Irving and Ben Simmons. They are poison to the locker room.

  10. Depends if the argument is best at each position or best starting lineup. Harden is for sure the pick for the former but I'd never have him on the latter.

  11. Man has at least 4 more championship than all but 2 frenchises and people are really out here asking what he brought to the table.

  12. He is the worst dunk contest judge in basketball history. Single-handedly ruined the 2020 dunk contest.

  13. 2006: Wade had one of the most dominant Finals ever alongside the guy Kobe forced out of LA. Meanwhile Kobe was in Cabo after having quit on his team in the first round.

  14. Kobe Bryant, 35 PPG in an era that was much more low-scoring than today. 81 points in a game, 62 in 3 quarters, by the end of the 3rd quarter he had, by himself, outscored the entirety of the Dallas Mavericks containing a prime Dirk Nowitzki.

  15. Didn't Canada finish above the USMNT in the Qatar qualifiying?

  16. It’s a international event. Every other event in Toronto costs this much. Hell parking is basically this much, and you’re looking at prime seats.

  17. I feel like TD Place in Ottawa could host a game. 24,000 seats and room for temporary stands that can add another 10,000 like what was done for the Grey Cup when it was there. I think the bigger issue is it isn't a natural grass field, which the players prefer to play on.

  18. Why is the TD Place not looking to put natural grass field then? Hosting the CanMNT would be a major draw in Ottawa. And why are they not enlarging the field to 34,000 permanently? I believe this would fit FIFA requirements.

  19. That's normal pricing for sports events in Canada or the US. Our pricing has always been higher than the UK or Europe making it harder for the average supporter to watch their team play live.

  26. Although Kobe vs TMac was a big and legitimate debate back in the day.

  27. For those who don’t know, she’s on maternity leave. I believe she already gave birth, or is about to.

  28. Somehow, Magic who had on his side even more talent for his whole career, is always easy to rate.

  29. One aspect of Larry Bird that is severely underrated is his passing ability. Dude had extraordinary vision.

  30. I can't talk about the guys I didn't see. He's in the top 5 of guys I saw: LeBron, Duncan, Kobe, Shaq, and KD in that order. Maybe Steph is #5 over KD for others, but I prefer KD's overall game over Steph's.

  31. At this point, I don’t see any legitimate argument of KD being over Steph.
