Mine became higher pitched and less noticeable about 3 weeks after the noise exposure which cause it. I could hear multiple frequencies, and itβs almost like the hair cells involved with the relatively lower frequencies (~10khz) healed while the highest frequencies remain (~15khz). See if you can match your frequencies to some tone generator, to help monitor any changes
