Iām an awful parent then bc I donāt let my 7yo watch rated R things and he doesnāt watch most pg 13 things either (unless Iāve seen it or know enough of it to know itās okay for him to watch). All of my kids are raise with gasp rules & expectations both of which have consequences, good or bad depending on what it is and what they did (they get allowance for chores done without being reminded-all family members have responsibilities that are age appropriate, they also get rewards, consequences donāt just mean punishment)
