So basically I had an idea where crypto has a passive called "off the grid" basically it makes it so that when crypto gets scanned he doesn't get scanned and it makes it so he isn't seen when he gets scanned. That way when bloodhond and seer scan him he won't get scanned so that they can't see him cause he's "off the grid" it would be balanced cause he normally gets scanned but now he doesn't get scanned cause he's "off the grid" so it would be lore fitting and it would be a good gameplay mechanic and off the grid would be a good idea and they should add it to the game for crypto so that his new passive is called off the grid. I had this idea then everyone started talking about my idea because i came up with off the grid where crypto doesn't get scanned cause in the lore hes off the grid and since hes off the grid he cant be scanned while off the grid

  8. That’s a top round, it makes London broil, roast beef, and jerky. Otherwise it’s a jaw workout. 5/7 would not recommend for this style of cook. I cut these all day.

  11. I was/ am a meat cutter and now manage a meat market. I LOVE this brand. We use the 6 inch boning knives and 12 inch curved knives and they last forever. I buy the kitchen set for my family too

  12. To be honest I shouldn’t have said kitchen set, I’ve gotten them individual knives. Im sorry for that one slip of the fingers and mouth. I’m not sure but they are listed on Amazon and they aren’t crazy expensive if I remember right. I bought an 8 inch from them and it was around 20 I think?

  15. 2x4 is my favorite scope all around besides bruiser, but I use snipers and marksman rifles ALOT. Side note somewhere about S tier the 2x bruiser watches from the heavens, where the throne it deserves sits.

  17. I think it’s London broil, or top round. It looks like that roughly translates to roast beef fillet. Top round is what is used to make roast beef and comes off the top of the rump of the cow. It’s a very active muscle so it’s super lean and can be tough. I’m a meat market manager and used to be a meat cutter which is why the shape made me think. Let me know how it goes that sounds delicious! Especially if the London broil comes out right because I can never cook them successfully. Another great option would be a shoulder roast, (also known as a shoulder clod heart roast, or an English cut shoulder roast). It’s a super lean portion for the chuck end of the cow and it’s delicious, plus slow cooks well.

  18. Ahh thank you! if it’s one thing I’m interested in, it’s delving into the different cuts of meat - this one cooked really well, roasted perfectly and was still pretty moist, shoulder roast sounds fabulous though!

  19. LAST LITTLE FACT I’m sorry lol this is my wheel house. If you buy that exact same cut and have them paper thin slice it, you can dehydrate it in spices and roast it with spices at a super low temp and you’ll get amazing beef jerky. Look into it it’s a super cheap alternative to store bought brands!

  20. The first half is the flat, it’s the less fatty side of the brisket. The second half that he turns is the point, it’s the more fatty and imo the best half. The little bit he cut off the point are the burnt ends, which are the crown jewels of the brisket with a beautiful mix of rendered fat, bark, smoke and are bursting with flavor.

  21. He could have cut it the same direction the whole cut and just slowly turned, which is what I would have done, best of both worlds for both portions I feel like.
