1. Sometimes I like it. Sometimes I don't care for it, then I have to edit until it sounds okay. 🀣

  2. Here's a fluffy drabble from my latest trope bingo drabble collection! 😁

  3. There is no happiness wordcount like that of being loved by your fellow-creatures, and feeling that your presence is an addition to their comfort.

  4. 4981 yesterday, we’ll see what happens today πŸ˜…

  5. Would putting a plot twist with the cop being a bad guy further the plot for Z (and M)? Or does it not hold any significance? How will it affect Z in the future?

  6. That's what I've been toying with and what led to me making this post. None of the options would really hold that much significance for Z (or M), or at least, no more significance than the other two options. This isn't their first time dealing with lots of death and betrayal (it's Assassin's Creed).

  7. My vote is keep him a good guy, since that was his personality. Got in over his head with trying to figure out who was behind the drugs and got too close.

  8. I was already excited that I got 3 bookmarks straight away on my new fic, but I also got my first bookmark comment!!

  9. When drinking last night, I wrote about 2K in a couple of hours 🀣 and posted.

  10. Phew! Another review exchange is complete. Please reach out to me if you feel like any of the reviews you received are less than genuine. Over all this was a huge success, so let's give out some awards!

  11. Clearly someone couldn't add up how much they read πŸ˜‚ I was just trying to comment on those without any.

  12. I’m less than 10,000 away from 300,000 words, too, and I started posting in march. I can’t believe it, I never would have anticipated writing so much in such a short amount of time!!

  13. Damn that's impressive. I've managed about half of that (154k) this year but that's all been by hand.

  14. My writing is crap when I rush. Used to get called out at my old work because it was difficult to read 🀣

  15. Hi, this a reminder that you still haven't completed the required minimum of reading and commenting on 2 other works as stated above in the rules section.

  16. You have up to 12 hours lol. I have to send the reminders as a host.

  17. I stayed awake way too long to watch my pet snail zooming around. I'm also 100% convinced now that snails are just tiny cats without fur and with a shell.

  18. Snails have thousands and thousands of teeth. Not sure what you can do we that info, but it's something I learned from a Korean Variety show πŸ˜‚

  19. Exchanges, prompts, deity of excerpts... You are THE HOST.

  20. I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing πŸ˜‚

  21. I don't reply to comments unless the reader has asked a question.

  22. Good afternoon! Hope everyone is doing okay!

  23. Add some angst. Sprinkle it here and there. Tension can be good way to strengthen relationship by making them communicate more or smut, because, it's smut πŸ˜‚

  24. β€œShe wore a gown the color of storms, shadows, and rain and a necklace of broken promises and regrets wordcounts.”

  25. oh i love leaving bookmark comments so much; i use them as a way to recommend fics to other readers, no idea how much they get used for that, but it’s fun to write them anyway.

  26. I use mine to summarize long fics, but it's private lol.

  27. Yay, I think I even know which fic the second one is! How lovely.

  28. I write whatever comes to mind. It's also how I ended up with over a dozen WIPs and currently stuck πŸ˜‚

  29. I'm so glad someone else does this. I started about 4 fics that I never finished

  30. Been writing and reading fanfics for almost 2 decades. I still haven't gotten used to outlining and drafting. The thought of it is too exhausting.

  31. A part of me wants to give up writing for the sake of my sanity because I keep switching docs every few minutes after writing a sentence or two πŸ˜‚ I have no one to blame, but my WIPs 🧠

  32. Is there any low-hanging fruit that you can just get out of the way easily? Or maybe indeed just stop for a while? It's no fun if it starts to feel like a burden.

  33. I haven't the faintest idea of the whole plot for any of them πŸ˜‚ I have always written this way. Switch out until I eventually finish or abandon/delete them.

  34. I've participated in a couple of these challenges/events. Plenty had multiple claims. Some were written and some not. They varied on ratings and interpretations.

  35. Tea time, walk/play in garden, teaching how to read/write or paint/draw, listening to music/dancing, baking/cooking...

  36. After Hosting many Review Exchange, I read and write fandom blind. Sometimes I'll do a quick search on the fandoms or characters to grasp the story a little better instead of going completely fandom blind.

  37. A month and a half? Pleaaase I've subbed to writers who've posted nothing in years. πŸ˜‚

  38. I've definitely done this on occasion. Then in editing I remind myself that there isn't a word limit so I can expand the descriptions here and there.

  39. I've done the same for some of the chapters on my WIPs. I'm just so used to drabbles, that I have to get used to longer chapters and descriptions.

  40. Aww, this is actually adorable. Hopefully some day they can reunite with their children.
