  1. Be aware the Cardinal from Cincy to DC runs late.

  2. I had been tipped off about this before, which is another thing that worries me about it.

  3. Amtrak long distance trains are more about the journey than the destination. If your destination is more important, hop in a plane or drive.

  4. I guess my thing is, we accept women being BBW and while I don’t know if men need to go around calling themselves BHM, it just seems odd that it is less accepted. I don’t know, I’m having trouble trying to put it in words.

  5. I think it's a sign of her growth, she's not wearing the Miracle Whip wardrobe anymore and is starting to be a bit more confident.

  6. I told someone who stopped watching after season three, “Yeah, Kim’s in Florida wearing blue jean dresses with socks,” and she audibly gasped.

  7. I audibly gasped when I read your friend stopped watching after season 3

  8. She gets too emotionally invested and said the program was getting too dark after Chuck’s suicide.

  9. I see it the other way around tbf, I think Jesse's more a victim/villain of circumstance. Whilst he's done some awful stuff, I never saw his actions as consciously malicious, the bad things he's seen and done very obviously weigh on him; every murder could almost be seen as a kill or be killed situation- minus Gale, but Walter manipulated him into thinking it was and he was wracked with guilt and traumatised about this after the fact. With Saul while he doesn't directly cause any deaths it's hard to argue Chuck or Hamlin suffered as a result of malicious intent from Jimmy. With the exception of Gale, I see Saul's actions as marginally worse morally- just on the basis of the hurtful intent to those close to him (even though he never intended it to end the way that it did). With Jesse on the other hand whilst the things he actually does are worse than Jimmy, I don't see him as having any agency in what he's doing. Throughout BB he's in the passenger seat for his own life and he develops PTSD after everything he's seen and done.

  10. Gale was 100% a kill or be killed situation for Jesse. He was already hiding from Gus for the death of the dealers. If Gale lives, Gus kills Walt and would track down Jesse to kill him because he knows too much.

  11. Not at all. The OP was saying Gale wasn’t a killed or be killed situation, but it absolutely was one.

  12. Must be nice being Vince & Peter; knowing that you could resurrect this show in 10 years and it would be just as beloved and have just as long a run and it could be just about Kim and Jimmy helping people, him from prison and her from outside prison. We'd be all over it -- must be a nice feeling for them, to know their shows are beloved so

  13. I think they might be able to do a movie, but a whole show won’t work. They had to include Mike, Gus and Nacho in the show to keep the audience. A whole new series with just Kim and Jimmy and they don’t even interact? I just don’t see it

  14. Federal prison are a lot more strict on that stuff. Plus, no conjugal visits.

  15. I really thought Walt was in New Hanpshire longer. What was it like 6 months?

  16. Pretty much six months. Hank is killed in March, Walt’s birthday is September 7th and he died the day after his 52nd birthday.

  17. Couldn’t it have been a year plus those months just as easily? Maybe she called gene November 12 the following year. Depends how much time passed between Saul meeting Walt and the end of BB.

  18. The football games Gene and the security guard talked about took place in 2010.

  19. Pollos remind me of an idea I had for a TikTok series where someone is running a mob front diner but they don't have to worry about the money so they're FAR too passionate about their job.

  20. Just make sure the monster thinks the highest number is 24

  21. Of all the suspension of disbelief this show requires, the vibe of fast food work environments is the hardest to do. The Cinnabon isn't all that bad but the Pollo workers are not credible, unless maybe Fring pays really, really well.

  22. He didn't make money off Los Pollos. Just used it as a front to launder money and distribute drugs. I'd say he was the best paying fast food place in ABQ.

  23. The lost of us would make dope crossover. Jack and Joel team up against the smoke monster. Sawyer is there too

  24. And just barely above casual dating at that. They don't spend time together at the party. They hang out in different rooms in their free time. Yes they have sex but it's boring and he doesn't even get to sleep over.

  25. There’s a lot of relationships that go on like that forever.

  26. I could see Jimmy making the argument to fight against the board (he wants desperately to correct his mistake), but Kim knows she’ll never be a lawyer again and probably doesn’t trust herself with it anyway. I could see her starting a nonprofit once she finally accepts that she deserves happiness.

  27. Starting a non-profit? I can’t see anyone giving her money after the affidavit is made public.

  28. I was expecting a sorta depressing "life goes on without you" montage. New manager at Cinnabon, some smart phone shop in his old office etc. To tie into the 's all gone

  29. They’ve already done that in El Camino, so I don’t see a need to rehash things.

  30. Watches played a part through the whole season. Peter Gould mentioned there were objects in this season that were seen but never talked about and it didn’t hit me until Walt looked at that watch. It was time and watches that were shown in various episodes.

  31. Now we need that show he's doing with David Cross as a pallet cleanser.

  32. It's already happening. Now you need a Master degree to stand out, so many people are doing it.

  33. And then universities will create something higher than that to keep you spending money on education.

  34. You know exactly what I mean by lobbying. I'm not talking about your right to call your senator, I'm talking about special interest groups with billions of dollars making huge contributions to put politicians in their back pocket.

  35. The Sierra Club is also a special interest group. Do you not want people lobbying for cleaner air and water?

  36. So, there's a good chance that men are on this app because they have issues asking women out in public.

  37. Sir, you appear to be projecting.

  38. Can Cheryl sue for defamation on behalf of her late husband?

  39. I know, but it only mentioned she got a deal. No specifics of a deal or if she got the money.

  40. BCS ends before Gretchen and Elliot would have given Flynn the trust.

  41. Walt Jr. could've been with Marie in the courtroom.

  42. Could have, but at this point in time, his dad had only died just 3 months ago. His mom had just gone through everything to get the deal with the DEA. He was probably just too emotionally spent by this point to go.

  43. I loved this ending. In its own weird way, it was quite beautiful. The only way Jimmy felt he could ever see Kim again was to get her back in the courtroom. Otherwise, even after getting out after serving 7 years, there’s no saying she’d ever agree to see him again. It’s also nice that he finally took responsibility for all the horrible shit he’s done.

  44. Plus, him confessing to it all in court and getting a life sentence makes it much less likely that Cheryl would sue Kim.

  45. BETTER CALL SAUL IS A FUCKING ROMANCE SHOW AND DONT LET ANYONE TELL YOU OTHERWISE

  46. As an introverted person who isn't terribly romantic, this is my dream relationship.

  47. Steve Irwin. He could've done so much more for animals and ironically his life was cut short by one. His son Robert is following in his footsteps, and it's honestly very heartwarming to see.

  48. Right now? Bill Burr. All of his jokes are "Boomer yells at clouds." I think he's probably a cool guy, but I can only take so much of "man, in the 70s, my dad used to beat the shit out of me..."

  49. Because you were not around to see the shitty comedy of the 80’s.

  50. I love that they keep these characters consistent AF while surprising me. Jimmy is trying to impress Kim with his confession and his cleverness at the same time. And he might be setting her up too. Mentioning Chuck could be a dead giveaway about his intent because his lack of admiration for Chuck always bugged her. He knows Kim better than anyone—and the real tragedy is that he’s the only person who probably ever knew her this well and he’s using it against her.

  51. You’re missing the point. He’s not using it against her.

  52. Just curious, when did you realize Howard was going to die?

  53. Once Lalo shot him in the head. I never thought the scheme Jimmy and Kim were running on Howard would lead to his sudden death like that.

  54. Interesting. I always like seeing how differently people watch the show. When Lalo saw the cockroach I knew he was going to Jimmy’s. When the flame first flickered, I thought it was for Lalo, but when Howard walked in I knew he was dead. I barely could pay attention to his speech because I knew Lalo was going to come in at any moment. I was just waiting for the inevitable at that point.

  55. Ok. It why is that polarizing everyone? Shouldn’t people actually talk to watch other instead of calling the other side racist?

  56. Because you can’t have reasonable discussions with people who are unreasonable. How do you reason with someone who believes that taking prayer out of school is why this country is in ruins? They don’t think homosexuals should not be able to get married or adopt children. That’s just a difference that’s impossible to overcome.

  57. I’m pretty sure that’s economical meaning bring america back to when it had a booming economy

  58. For some, but we know there was a large number who took it very differently. They’re thinking prayer in schools, no illegal immigration, no abortion, and basically any number or equal rights issues. Basically, they want the whitewashed version of America.

  59. I saw this this morning. Maybe he has been carrying fake diamonds all this time without realizing it. Slippin Jimmy got conned by one of his clients!!

  60. He would have checked them just like he did in the commercial.

  61. Thanks! Have we seen the tin of diamonds a lot this season? I don’t remember

  62. A hidden detail, the poster has been captioned with "That's Saul, folks!" and you can see the center has circles just like those old Looney Toons episodes!

  63. It’s either dead, or dead-to-rights, with no in between.

  64. He didn’t want to be weak and taken advantage of like his father.
