Looks like an oil stain, as someone else said dish soap pretreatment before you wash should sort it out.

Peel the hard parts of with your nail carefully. Use a damp cloth and gently tap the screen until the sticker is filled. Repeat until everything comes of. Just make sure the cloth won't drip and you will be fine

These are stamens. I used masking fluid (for watercolor) on them and painted them last.

Ok, i see. thanks for you answer. I´m still struggling with my diagonose. Got a clear Brain MRI and going to appoint a new meet with the neuro to ask for spine MRI.
My first 3 mri's (done between december and january) only showed one lesion. 6 months later i did a more powerful mri (3 tesla mri) and it showed quite a few lesions, so my doctor wasnt 100% sure if those were there all along but the previous mri's didnt show them, or if they were all new.

Maybe you dont even need a 3-way mirror. You could buy a regular mirror and just rest it on top of that counter and against the wall. I did something similar for a little while and it worked.
