Assembly was quite easy. Hardest part for me was attaching the legs to the body. My arms weren’t long enough to hold the leg in place to start screwing the two together. So I needed my wife’s help for that bit. Clean out is easy in my option as well. Lift the plate off and vacuume it out.
I made burgers tonight, how are you guys cooking them? I put it up to 400 and tossed them on and grilled them.

Meatloaf. It’s super under rated because it’s not a typical cut of meat that you smoke but it’s such an easy recipe. Slap a few lbs of hamburger in a bowl, chop up an onion, add seasoning and shredded cheese. Then mold it into a giant penis and put it on a perforated pan so the smoke can come through the bottom and throw it on until it’s done!
What temp do you go with?
325 for about an hour and a half. I forgot to add bread crumbs and an egg in the original recipe too, don’t forget those as it keeps it all together!
