1. I can't wait for this! I'm doing this for health and to get off my depression meds. I used to be so much fun and happy. Now I'm just moody and meh. I've only been at this for 6 weeks and I'm feeling better and can't wait to be where I want to be. I'm very happy for you!

  2. Not on any drugs, but I was born with esophagus sphincter issues. It just doesn't work right, so food gets stuck and heartburn is awful. But since starting this woe, it has completely resolved. No more food getting stuck, no more depending on Tums. I had a lot of trigger foods and removing them helped.

  3. Yes. I save all excess bacon fat and use it for steaks and eggs to cook with.

  4. I have Hashimotos too! I've been at this for 3 weeks now and feel amazing. I'm so happy I decided to give carnivore another shot and try a lot harder this time.

  5. I am mostly carnivore now. I have to be. The least plant based anything I consume, the better I do and feel.

  6. I'm just now starting the carnivore diet. I'm positive it will help with most of my health issues.

  7. I'm scared d to have another baby and for my Hashi to get worse. Right now I'm going through a tough time with my marriage and my self. Me personally it's hard to accept I have a disease. I had my 1st baby in 2021. She's now 1 year and 6 months old. I had my first panic anxiety attack this February. Had anxiety attacks almost every other day. It went for about 2 to 3 months. I felt like I was going to die. Had thoughts that I was going to die. Not necessarily kill myself but was scared of others hurting me. I was scared to be alone and wanted to feel safe. It was terrible.

  8. Well, definitely don't have another baby until you are ready and your marriage is stable. I was diagnosed before I had my first child. I now have 4 kids. I definitely needed the help after my second born. My post partum was bad and I almost left my husband. But counseling and the Zoloft helped me. Now that my youngest is almost 3 and I have 3 kids in school full time, I feel I can better deal with life. I have ways to destress with crafts, gardening and walking.

  9. I was on it for close to 10 years. 50 mg. Tapering was easy as long as i took it slowly. Unfortunately, I'm just now back on it again. Was good for 6 months.. Got covid and it broke something inside of me and caused me to go back on it. Sucks, but it is what it is..

  10. I'm on 50 mg too. I'm sorry you had to get back on, but if it's helpful then it's worth it. I'm just in a better place in life and hope that going off will be ok. I don't want to be dependent on it my whole life.
