I think this is most likely the case honestly. I do trust him and think he’s a good guy, but I’ve been lied to in the past so it’s hard for me to trust. He’s an oblivious guy in general so I wouldn’t be surprised if he just wasn’t picking up the signals. Maybe she’s just really weird and really is like that with everyone

They are literally different everywhere. Some places allow it, some don't.
I think it's fine to bike on sidewalks with no pedestrians. If a pedestrian is present and the sidewalk isn't wide enough, go into the street for a block. Be courtious to pedestrains as a bicyclist.
Birth control pills are a lot more complicated than you think. The pills have different doses and must be taken in an exact order daily, and if you screw up, you start the sequence over the next month.
