Hello, my account was locked with Coinbase in the beginning of September, doing so caused coinbase to lock my account nearly 4 months and I’ve been back and forth through emails SINCE, they just send me the SAME automated email back with no actual fix to anything! I have since then sent in my new ids correctly and done everything they have asked for, but still “account disabled” for nearly 4 months. Please fix this, I do not want to end up another horror story like many on this page, I just want to trade again.

  11. Hey there! If you are using the wallet then you'll need your recovery seed to regain access to those assets. The wallet app is self custodial, meaning we don't have any access to it at all. If you don't have your recovery seed double check if you kept a backup. Otherwise, those assets may be lost, unfortunately.

  30. Yep, the issue is CoinBase lacks any real support. No phone number to call. A year ago my account was locked for months and I could not get access to my money. There was no hacking, Coinbase themselves locked it and ignored me. There was no number to call, so I just kept emailing them every day until it just magically opened up again and I quickly transferred all my money out. They have yet to issue any explanation or apology. So ya, fuck CoinBase.
