When supply = demand, housing prices will correct. That won’t be for a longgg time. People with <3% mortgage rates ain’t selling, drying up even more inventory. Prices around here won’t be falling any time soon.
People are dumb. You really overestimate the savvy of the average consumer. People are already taking out HELOCs and running up credit cards. Then comes the consolidation refinance loans which will have higher rates but will be a lower overall payment than the debt spread across multiple lines of credit.

Literally just knock on their door and introduce yourselves. I did this when I move in a few months ago and now I’m friends with both neighbors. If they’re awkward or rude, that means you wouldn’t have had a positive experience with them regardless, might as well figure out for yourselves now.
Bought a place on the Plaza about a quarter of a mile West of E Sugar Creek Rd and wouldn’t buy anything further East just yet. People over that way are still doing stupid shit, albeit amongst themselves.

Fahrenheit is cool in theory in that you can catch a sunset from a great angle, but the food is subpar and expensive for what they offer. I’d suggest Cellar at Duckworth’s or Supperland way before Fahrenheit for sure. Maybe go grab a drink up there to check it out/see if it’s your speed, some people do love it, so maybe I’m just the outcast here haha.
How is Supperland? Been meaning to go. Was at Workman’s the other night and some guys were saying it was good.
