I don't know what I did wrong but I am fairly disappointed with it. I'm at 68 cycles with 87% and coconutBattery shows 82.4% (I know this is supposedly not accurate) but it sucks knowing I lost that much. The battery lasts about 5 hours for the work I do and I use AlDente to try to control it to be within a certain range. I wish they lasted a bit longer. If it's normal, than sobeit but it sucks that my plan for this laptop was to use it for 5+ years and it might not even last half that time...
Dough has been lying about paying customs/duties since 2016 so that's nothing new. When they shipped out their first batch they were pretty good about refunding people, but recently their support has been quite lacking. Your best bet would be to pay the customs/duties, contact Dough support asking for a refund on those, and then contacting your bank/credit card to begin the dispute process for the difference.
Alright, thank you. I'm mad at myself for not having done more research... I knew about the company when it was Eve and followed all the positive stuff up until an hour ago. It's a bit disappointing how there are lots of good reviews out there but this isn't a bigger issue... I will just pay the customs to get the device and spam Eve and then maybe just open something with my bank.

Just curious, lots of people will say this is a recolour, which JWK/Durock non-custom switch has the holes for SMD? I'm curious and would like to look into them.

The original adapter outputs 12 volts AC power and the new one provides 12 volts as well. The settings on this amp are very basic; there's a power button, a volume knob and a gain button. I put the volume on phone to max, turn on gain and turn up the volume but it doesn't do anything. At max volume, I can only faintly hear the sound from my phone.
Hmmm that's weird. My only other 2 guesses are the amp is faulty or the connection to the phone is not correct, maybe the rca to 3.5mm adapter doesn't work well. Have you tried it with other devices?
Unfortunately the sound is even quieter on other devices. The rca cable is also brand new so I doubt it's faulty.
That is so weird. Hopefully someone else who has experience with the O2 amp can be more helpful, sorry I couldn't help, it's a bit tough too when everything is correct but it's doing literally the opposite of amplifying...
The G502 HERO uses a new HERO sensor that's better than the Proteus Spectrum one, imo it's hard to notice the difference unless you're looking for it. The G logo on the mouse is a bit more modern on the HERO and the cable is thinner (I think). So if it's half the price, definitely worth it imo, same mouse body, newer internals.
