  1. I have a serving of Irish whiskey with 3 drops of water when I’d like something….and I’m content with that, and barely moves my blood sugar, huzzah!!!

  2. I have gone zero sugar, sweets, desserts, candies, chocolates, cakes, pies, donuts, pudding, ice creams, popsicles, etc… no alcohol (except whiskey occasionally), no sodas of any type, zero artificial sweeteners, no honey, no agave, etc.. no simple carbs, no bread, no pasta, no potatoes, no rice…and I feel amazing in month 4!!!!! Bloating went away, joint paint/popping gone within the first 3 weeks.

  3. You will find someone. It’ll happen no doubt. You have lost a lot of weight, that’s awesome. I can’t speak for everyone but even a small amount of weight loss really helps get that ol self confidence.

  4. After the decade of working in myself internally, getting the type2 diabetes diagnosis was the impetus to start IF to work on myself physically, at my doctors recommendation for IF. I realize that I don’t “need” someone, but I’m at the point where I “want” someone to share my life with 😊. And if they’re willing to to come along while I’m on the journey, instead of when I reach my goal, all the better 😉

  5. If you mean prior to ever starting IF, I ate everything and anything, all through the day, I ate for hunger, perceived hunger, boredom, sadness, anger, loneliness, stress, comfort…unlimited amounts and never feeling “full”….but now it’s OMAD, 18:6, 36/48/72’s thrown in, low carb/keto, no sugar, and I feel the best I have in YEARS!!! 54yo F SW 265 CW 218 GW 150

  6. Diet only. IF OMAF keto/low carb…no sugar, no simple carbs… A1C 7.1 to 5.5 in 3 months
