Party time, shower them with sparkly paper

  1. This is tough that set was wayyy too far off the net to accurately tell us about your approach. Submit another with a tighter set and I’d be more than happy to give feedback

  2. That’s were the ref has to determine if that was a block or attack. I thought it was an attack and would’ve called the double contact.

  3. Approach is stiff, but it could be worse. Don’t fall in the habit of hitting middle of court in hitting lines. Practice in match shot selection. 7/10

  4. Higher toss. If you pretend the ball is a clock, you need to make hand between the 1 and 2 hour marker. Swing a little slower until you get your form down.

  5. It all depends how you communicate it. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it.

  6. Lots of Facebook or other social media groups to meet up with others and play. Put yourself out there. In regards to improving with no net and by yourself, wall passing and setting can help tremendously. Work on your physical strength, speed, and endurance. The team/player that usually gets tired last, wins it all.

  7. Just think hand passing and forearm passes should be at minimum the height of the antennae. 9/10 you should not be moving when serve receiving and passing. If you can control your body/balance, then you won’t be able to control the ball (ball control). Play opposite. You get more rotations especially if you are agile and can play back row!! Let me know if you have any other questions!

  8. No it’s not, but if you held it any longer they could call it.

  9. Yea 50 walk up tickets right. I wanted to go but wasn't willing to drive 6 hours for a maybe

  10. No, there wasn’t 50 walk up tickets. I was tenth in line and I watched them tell everyone in front and behind me tell me there are no tickets.

  11. Your approach needs to be from outside the court and not be down the line each time. Also, you need to speed it up.

  12. You have to let go of your ego and realize everyone gets anxious and nervous no matter the age and skill level. Using a wall for practice your arm swing, setting, and passing can allow you to improve if you don’t have access to a gym or outdoor court.

  13. Thanks for your time, commitment, and dedication to the sport!
