Call for Consultancy Services

The Tubbataha Management Office (TMO) has conducted information, education and communication (IEC) activities in schools and fishing villages in municipalities within the Province of Palawan. Antique was the only other province where IEC was conducted. TMO is in need of consultancy services for the design and supervision of the implementation of an evaluation mechanism for its past IEC initiatives. Specifically the work will entail:

  • Determination of the current level of understanding of target audiences relative to Tubbataha;
  • Verification of the impact of past IEC initiatives of TMO;
  • Identification of the most effective IEC tool and factors that affect perception;
  • Application of the information generated to guide the formulation of a 5-year IEC plan for TMO.

Project Timeframe: 1 April – 15 October 2013

  • The applicant should have vast knowledge and experience in communications and evaluation

  • List of similar projects conducted, indicating applicant’s role, within the last three years
  • List of references
  • Indicate professional fee only
