Second this. Got a massive custom print cake there recently for a 3 year old party which went down a hit with everyone and was inexpensive compared to many other places. Also he doesn't eat jam and they had the option to exclude it so the options were pretty good!

Thains do print a picture birthday cakes. That might work. Alternatively contact somewhere like The Bread maker as they may well do custom cakes.
