Sharing a bed stops me from projecting.

  1. I have the same issue! I'm working on lucid dreaming instead, because once you're awake in your dream you can project from there. That way, you don't have to worry about the whole relaxing thing, or building up resentment towards your partner because they're just doing normal sleepy things πŸ˜†

  2. This. Merge with your surroundings, be like a Zen monk. Be at peace with your reality no matter what distractions there are. I would say the problem isn't your boyfriend, the problem is not being able to relax regardless of circumstances. You're blaming it on your boyfriend, but he's not doing anything πŸ˜† meditate on that more deeply πŸ™

  3. My cat comes to me when I'm meditating/trying to AP. It's crazy. She totally feels the vibes, I'm sure. But don't know what she might want from it: help me, just "get some good vibes", prevent me from AP... lol no idea ahah

  4. Same here! Since I’m not working now I try project in the early afternoon so now I try to get up really early so I need a nap later.

  5. Enact foreplay, then cease and go to sleep. Do not reach any form of satisfaction. Lay next to each other and sleep. I did this and I'd reach buzzing and hypnogagic states consistently. Potentiate the sexual tension.

  6. Huh, I have been trying the reverse of this, where I get satisfied to relax my body. I must admit, it hasn't worked for me so far cause I keep falling a sleep. Next time, I will try the other way around.

  7. I have come to the realization recently that vibration is kind of contagious. Especially if you are close to that person or have done something intimate together where you exchanged energy.

  8. I can totally see this being an issue for me too. SO can't stay still when he sleeps and it drives me crazy ordinarily but I'm sure even more so if I was trying to AP.

  9. You will need to try AP at other times and other locations. Are you being forced to sleep in the same bed every night? You have choices.
