For those downvoting my statement of db(c) being much less harmful than db(a), that's okay to be ignorant to the information as most are never taught this and you obviously have no care to find the information yourself.
What you’re stating isn’t necessarily true. While DB(c) tends to be higher than DB(a) due to inclusion of more of the broader spectrum of sound, and effectively measuring peaks, it doesn’t mean that the underlying DB(a) is not causing hearing damage.
The fact that my subs make the mirrors of the cars beside me go a little blurry impresses my friends.
How does this affect your hearing? Honest question
I believe the highs/mid do more damage than just bass. But I'm not a soundologist so dont quote me.
Rule of thumb is hearing damage occurs at 80dB for a prolonged amount of time, 120dB for any amount of time.
This loud of db(c) has a very minimal effect on hearing over time.
Tell your brother he needs to just glue the hat on already lmao

I don't understand the downvotes either man, all this is correct and factual...
interesting, learned something new today. thanks for the lesson!
While this is mostly correct. Listening to ~127dBA+ for several hours everyday will cause hearing damage.
Those subs look like they're seriously stretching their legs. Good thing PSI makes good soft parts, or they'd probably come apart lol.
What is best in life?
He left the secret of the bass on the battlefield
THUD

Tinnitus isn't cool or fun.
How many years of exposure does it require to start?
The most important question here is, did she achieved the big O, and if so, how many times??😎
Anything above 150 db is just distortion tho so like I guess bump but not quality? Idk not my thing but still dope 😂
Why do you feel like anything above 150db is distortion? What leads you to believe this?
Saw this on euro basses page the other day, what a setup!
These systems make me ashamed of my work
Take pride and be happy with what you have, just feel sorry for the bassheads with no bass
I’ll send you my old Lumia 920 phone if you promise to use it to record a video in the future.
