1. Go to your account, and at the bottom of your GB/GBP page click "manage membership" and then "help me stop my membership." Then after you click through to cancel, there will be an email where you have to confirm cancelation.

  2. Under Account, select the bag you want to cancel. Then go to 'Manage Membership'. At the bottom you'll see a link 'Help me stop my membership'. Click on this link and scroll down to the bottom where it says 'Continue cancellation'.

  3. Same thing happened to me. I messaged them and they're refunding the glam bag that was sent. Seems pretty shady if it's happening to a bunch of people!

  4. I’ve never had a problem before. I have the cancellation email. Just when they get more transparent it sneaks up like Michael Myers, and just like Michael Myers, you just can’t kill Ipsy. Unload your six shooter cancellations, they get back up and come for you in sequels.

  5. I had an account where I never received any emails from Ipsy, including the cancellation one. I sent them a direct email and said to cancel any and all accounts immediately. I never heard back... Could have been the email glitch... But they did cancel my bag. I also switched my payment to a prepaid credit card that didn't have enough money on it, so they couldn't have billed me even if they wanted to.
