Lately there's been no VOD but there's been replays on later days and hours. They will probably announce it with the tickets.

Yes! It's more like a trick lol, Vlive lets you watch the concert simultaneously on 2 devices from the same account so that's how 2 different people can watch and share the cost. The mods discussed it and we're going to make a post soon so you can find other people to share with😊
