I wouldn't expect this to cause any motion sickness unless your vehicle swerves between lanes. It looks like you're moving in a constant direction at a constant rate, which should be fine.

I've been waiting for a game like this for SO long. I had PSVR before I sold it and later got a rift. I still think that the heist mission from PS Worlds is one of the most immersive experiences in VR and I'm sad theres nothing really like it for PCVR.

I'll try it but I almost never get motion sick in vr. The only thing thats managed to give me any discomfort yet is oculus home, a first party app that youd think would be a highly refined vr experience and never expect to cause motion sickness, but no, go to turn and youll be rotating at an aggrivatingly low speed, then when you let off the joystick to stop turning it jolts to a stop with a rubberband effect on your view (Like it keeps turning left for a moment after you try to stop turning and then jumps back right) giving me sone pretty good motion sickness. Oculus fucks up the most basic of locomotion controls in a first party app like this where all youre doing is walking around a room, while games like pavlov, gta, project cars, dirt rally, pistol whip, ect give me no discomfort at all it boggles my mind. Anyways ill let you know how that level feels in a bit.

Nothing causes motion sickness unless you smoothly rotate too much. If its in the same direction nothing should happen

I would give It a go I'd still needed friend..just fair warning I'm one of the lucky few who wmhas almost never been affected by motion sickness..but just replay.with instructions if you like friendo.

How do I exactly download this game in oculus quest? When I clicked download for oculus quest (via my iPhone), it lead to updates. Do I need to enter the url via web browser in oculus quest?

You need to sideload the game.

The sides of the the truck obscuring your peripheral vision help prevent motion sickness. This looks like a really cool action game!

I can't try the game because my headset's cameras are broken, but I don't think it would cause motion sickness because you are in a vehicle, which may trick your mind into thinking you are stationary, and you will be too focused on the enemies to worry about your surroundings

Haven't experienced myself since it's hard for me to get motion sickness, but from some friends experience driving backwards in VR was awful for that. If you can, change the movement to a regular forward one and check if people have motion sickness that way. It may help you to discard some issues.

Game looks great but as a former Oculus user I'm almost certain there will be a motion sickness issue. I don't even get motion sick easily and some mundane games had me feeling dizzy. I think this game belongs on console. Just my opinion

Hey had some spare time so im currently playing it dunno i just suck at the game but the secind level "lady python" in the elevator i personally think its to many people staight of the bat and there isnt anywhere to hid eother so you just none stop taking damage but other than that so far its an amazing game really like the style and animation of reloading and the way you pick missions its awesome just a quick update i will get back to playing haha

Yes, this would make me feel sick. I worked on comfort UX for VR OS - our user research showed that anytime you move a player in VR and they’re own body isn’t experiencing the same motion it has potential to cause nausea for those who are sensitive to motion sickness.
