Since OT does metrics, can it equate to do doing a similar event like a Spartan race?

  1. I used OTF to help my endurance for the spartan beast a few years ago. It helped so tremendously. There's nothing specific that says "you're ready", but the overall fitness level you get from going helps in all aspects.

  2. Splat Points are simply a count of minutes you spent with your heartrate in the "Orange" or "Red" zone. They sort of correlate with effort expended during a class.

  3. You can use your band for outside workouts too but honestly prefer other trackers for that since they give you all the data and not justa. Chart at the end!
