Guys, mewing is ruining my face, I dont know If I should stop...

  1. u need to mew with the back part. basically ur last 1/4 part of the tongue which you should feel a light burning pressure on the roof of your throat/mouth junction.

  2. Yeah I haven't been doing chin tuck since the quarentine started, i've sitting on my laptop producing music so my posture has declined a little bit

  3. That almost looks like some sort of allergic reaction. Or poor diet. Do you eat a ton of sugar, grains, or just white flour in general? ...alcohol?

  4. Just today, I heard a dermatologist (Shereene Idriss) talking about the recent increase in the number of patients showing up in her office with swollen cheeks and jaws due to mask-induced TMJ. Many people (including myself) tend to unconsciously clench their jaw and bite their cheeks while wearing a face mask, which leads to pain and swelling. If you do wear face masks, make sure to focus on proper tongue posture and breathe deeply.

  5. The second picture seems to show progress from the first. So I am a bit confused. Do you not agree that you look better in the second photo?

  6. Yeah I know I made certain improvements last year, but I lost that squared face look from that photo, I have only noticed frontal growth thus my face has gotten more rounded.

  7. You’re looking down a bit in your third photo. Try retaking with the same slightly tilted back neck posture from the first two.

  8. Wow man your upper teeth and under teeth are perfectly matching each other that you look like this meme (it is a good thing, your palate is amazing)

  9. Yes it did, my face is slowly getting better, I'm always trying to have my back posture as good as possible. My face has deflated and my squared face look is slowly coming back!
