  1. You're seriously a piece of shit for posting something like this. Idk know how to describe it. It's like watching a cooking show when hungry, but a million times worse. I'm drinking, eating Doritos and scroll past this...out of all the smoking clips I've seen, this one might be the one to get me to start doing it.

  2. Just know... when you get good at smoking it will absolutely RUIN eating out from then on because 99% of restaurants can't come close to making food as good as you can at home.

  3. Morrisons occasionally have “braising steak” which is just chuck. Really well marbled. Sometimes I question if they might also be cutting into the rib eye section as it looks more like a rib eye than chuck to me. Dirt cheap too.

  4. I think I need to make this and convince my wife and kids it’s so burnt I’ll have to eat it all myself lol. But knowing them they won’t believe me

  7. My favourite pastry professor loved to slightly blacken loaves of bread, and I loved it too. Burnt ends are the best.
