"Even Maguire, a top player, scores own goals"- Ashantigold SC forward Seth Osei defends Hashim Musah's bizarre own goals which led the Musah to be slapped with a 30-month ban from the game after a match fixing scandal between his club and Inter Allies. These were the own goals in question:

  1. Should have instead said that "He always dreamt of being a striker when he was a child, you can't blame him for dreaming surely."

  2. Someone said both clubs have been demoted, and this guy apparently ruined a game that was fixed at 5-1 to 7-1, and that’s why people are mad

  3. Reading a bit more on it it sounds like the game was being fixed to be a 5-1 loss. Then this player claims he scored these 2 extra own goals (giving the opposing team 7) to intentional ruin the fix for the bettors.

  4. Worst point shaver ever. Match fixing is so easy to do without being completely obvious about it.

  5. Googled a bit. You have to point out here, that he actually claims he ruined the supposed fixed score of 5:1 by scoring 2 own goals, leading to a 7:0 score. I assume the one goal by the other team was to be scored later.

  6. Ashantigold forward Seth Osei claims he is innocent of the match-fixing scandal between his club and Inter Allies, claiming the two own goals that led to the probe into the match were normal errors.

  7. Masiello was proven guilty of match fixing, forcing his teammates to do that and colluted with a gang to do so and he played after 24 months, even had the chance to play CL football

  8. Am I the only one who thought there was no sound until the chocolatey voice of God himself called out the radio station? Almost dropped my fucking phone in the toilet

  9. I mean come on bro, at least make it look like an accident. He is straight up slotting them home and not even looking embarassed or sorry or anything

  10. This guy actually only got banned 6 months on appeal. He successfully argued that he was messing up the fixed score with these two goals (and helped the investigation). It was a player who scored two suspicious own girls earlier in the game who was banned 30 months. Someone gave a good description above.

It was a player who scored two suspicious own goals (edit) earlier in the game who was banned 30 months. Someone gave a good description above.

  12. Yeh, he is. Quick reminder we just conceded 4 to brighton with world cup and champions league winner Raphael Varane playing - it's not one players fault.

  13. Hahahaha brilliant. My kid 'scored' goals like this the other week. Hes 5 and doesnt know which way hes meamt to go 😅

  14. i wonder what they had on him when he was literally shooting at his own goal. Most of these players are in this position thanks to mobsters behind them

  15. Context: The player scoring the own goals says he heard whiles on the bench that the team fixed the match and the scoreline will be 5-1 so he talked to his coach to bring him and he will ruin the bets. At the end he got 6months ban whiles others got as high as 8 and six years bans and both teams got demoted to the division 3 which is bad enough since you have 42 teams in the division anyway.

  16. Can someone describe the own goals, it seems reddits video player has turned it into a slide show with 4 pixels.

  17. lmao after watching the video, do they have no shame in saying that? obvious AF and no one is mad, at all.
